📋 Description

  • Develop and execute Cloud and SI partner strategy across Japan, incl. local/global SIs.
  • Recruit and develop partner relationships to drive growth and mutual value.
  • Prospect, qualify, and grow a sales pipeline via Cloud, SI, and ISV partners.
  • Work with Enterprise Sales to close deals and hit bookings goals.
  • Lead engagement of Cloud and strategic SI partners to boost sales, pre-sales and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline progression and deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years quota-carrying experience selling through Cloud Partners, SIs, and ISVs in a matrix sales model.
  • Aligned with MongoDB’s leadership principles and values.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise tech.
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Skills in building business champions and managing a complex sales process.
