  • Drive partner awareness and channel new business for Workato in Asia.
  • Collaborate with partner development, marketing and solution teams to accelerate growth.
  • Support sales teams in driving opportunities with Workato partners.
  • Own and execute a Partner Strategy and Plan for co-market, co-sell and co-delivery.
  • Align with Enterprise Account Executives to develop partner-driven portfolio and pipeline.
  • Manage key partner relationships with executive-level engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in partner sales, business development, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven success building GSIs/RSIs partnerships driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of iPaaS/Automation or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Thrive under pressure; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
