Senior Partner Marketing Manager (B2B)

📋 Description

• Define and lead our partner marketing strategy aligned to growth targets.
• Build and execute the B2B marketing plan across multiple markets.
• Own multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, PR, webinars, in-product, co-marketing).
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features with cross-team alignment.
• Develop audience-first campaigns from market insight and data.
• Own industry-facing brand events to elevate Carwow's reputation.
• Partner with commercial ops and CRM to drive upsell and pipeline acceleration.
• Work with analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Line-manage and develop a Senior B2B Marketing Executive.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally tech/SaaS/marketplaces/automotive.
• A strategic thinker with strong audience segmentation, messaging and positioning.
• End-to-end campaign experience from planning to optimization.
• Balance brand building with growth and pipeline generation.
• Confident communicator with cross-functional product and commercial experience.
• Data-literate, comfortable with metrics, and motivated by impact.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and able to operate with pace in a scale-up.
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable with feedback and priorities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; think beyond standard B2B playbooks to reach dealers.
• People management experience; one direct report.
