- Lead design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment systems.
- Serve as strategic partner to Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning teams to scale systems.
- Ensure systems deliver accuracy, visibility, and control across the product lifecycle.
- Own end-to-end systems from planning to receiving and fulfillment.
- Lead roadmap and architecture for tools supporting procurement, item master, inventory, MRP, and logistics.
- Partner with Planning and Sourcing to support MRP-driven purchasing, BOM, safety stock, and supply planning logic.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years in technical implementation of Supply Chain systems, with 5+ years in a lead role.
- Strong experience with NetSuite or Tier1 ERP (SAP/Oracle) in direct procurement - items, purchasing, inventory, RMA.
- Experience with planning platforms (Anaplan, Kinaxis, Excel-based models, etc.).
- Experience implementing PLM/PDM, inventory management and operations, and inventory asset tagging and control.
- Strong understanding of PO lifecycle, receiving, BOMs, inventory transfers, replenishment.
