• 6-8+ years in FinTech/SaaS partnerships or related roles.
• Proven success launching and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution.
• Analytical with data-driven insights to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior-level influence.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
