🎯 Requirements

15+ years engineering experience; bachelor's degree, or 13+ years with master's
3+ years management experience; 10+ engineers
10+ years IC with modern stack: Java, REST, Spring, DBs, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Proven track record leading high-performing teams in fast-growth environments
Collaborates with product/design and other teams to ship features
Excellent communication and strong project management
