Senior Manager, Physical Security

📋 Description

• Lead the physical security team across all Zoox locations.
• Oversee 24/7 security operations, including access control, GSOC, incident response, and emergency management across sites.
• Develop, implement, train, and enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Perform incident investigations and risk assessment activities.
• Drive modernization of security infrastructure with smart surveillance, AI-driven analytics, and automation.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, EHS, Legal, IT, and ProdSec to align security programs with business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of corporate security experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, including contractors and third-party service providers.
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, operations centers, and systems integration.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and crisis leadership under pressure.
• Experience with emergency communications and escalation processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing insider threat programs and executing executive protection initiatives.
