Establish operating rhythms to manage volume, capacity, backlog, and risk.
Identify bottlenecks in people, process, and tech; drive scalable solutions.
Hire and develop a high-performing hourly workforce including front-line teams.
Use data to drive staffing, scheduling, prioritization, and performance management.
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows, tooling, automation, and usability.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years managing scaling ops in startup/high-volume healthcare tech.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience leading hourly teams (front-line specialists and team leads).
Experience owning SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred; strong problem-solving.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau for data analysis.
