Senior Manager, Payroll Implementation

📋 Description

• Lead multi-location payroll teams
• Manage client expectations with Payroll Services teams (In-house & Partners)
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, partners consistently
• Regular service review meetings with PA clients
• Ensure periodic meetings with defined agenda, minutes and follow-up
• Own issue resolution, share knowledge, and communicate clearly with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years in Payroll Implementation and 5+ years managing payroll
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
