🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years marketing exp; at least 3 in leadership.
- Experience in CPG, food, or retail marketing; highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS and project tools preferred.
- Data-driven marketing with KPI reporting and ROI focus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
