Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to finalize agreements.
Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
Contract management: track lifecycles, renewals, and obligations.
Regulatory compliance (Outsourcing): SEBI outsourcing rules and vendor compliance.
Stakeholder communication & reporting: updates to senior management; respond to queries.

Experience drafting/negotiating commercial agreements (vendor, SaaS, NDAs).

Knowledge of SEBI outsourcing regulations and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Experience with internal audits/regulatory inspections on outsourcing.
Law degree required (LLB/LLM).
