📋 Description

• Lead team producing LATAM & Asia dubs.
• Manage vendors for on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Align translation, vendor, distribution, and programming teams.
• Implement new systems and processes in localization.
• Ensure content meets licensors and Crunchyroll standards.
• Oversee POs and payments for LATAM & Asia projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in media localization.
• Experience building, leading, and inspiring teams.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication.
• Creative problem solving with diplomacy.
• Language skills: Indonesian, Thai, Tagalog, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel as required.
