Senior Manager, Employee Listening

📋 Description

• Lead design and execution of an Employee Listening measurement strategy with lifecycle surveys.
• Partner with Culture & Development to identify issues and deliver analytics.
• Demonstrate thought leadership on talent lifecycle analytics, including AI support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, monitor, and communicate results for impact.
• Lead enterprise-wide survey action planning and enable self-service manager tools.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement (surveys, action planning).
• Experience in people or talent analytics, synthesizing employee data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights to all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with leadership to define and implement solutions.
• Strong project management in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
