🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement (surveys, action planning).
  • Experience in people or talent analytics, synthesizing employee data.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with leadership to define and implement solutions.
  • Strong project management in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
