📋 Description

• Architect teacher-student models and distillation pipelines.
• Build RL-based data-discovery policies and training workflows.
• Deploy distilled and RL models with low-latency inference.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, ML, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of ML engineering experience in post-training, optimization, deployment.
• Strong distillation/teacher-student experience with loss functions and eval.
• Production RL experience: policy optimization, reward design.
• Expert Python and ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Cloud deployment: AWS, GCP, or Azure; optimize for inference.
