📋 Description

  • Own lifecycle and PLG programs driving engagement and pipeline
  • Design journeys from first touch to sales qualification
  • Lead behavior-driven nurture and PLG campaigns (excluding retention)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, RevOps
  • Align programs to revenue targets, ICP priorities, and sales motion
  • Continuously optimize PLG journeys to improve activation and conversion

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in B2B lifecycle/PLG/demand gen/MA; data-driven
  • Proven in pipeline-focused lifecycle and PLG programs
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys
  • MA platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and AI tools for analytics
  • Salesforce and RevOps workflows experience
  • ABM or account-based lifecycle programs
