Senior Land Development Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee field operations for land development (erosion control, grading, utilities).
• Lead land development projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery using schedules, budgets, permits, and studies.
• Secure entitlements and permits from public officials and agencies.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure success.
• Manage site inspections for lot and amenity construction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years in engineering, sitework, or land development.
• 4-5 years managing land development projects for communities of 500-1200 units with amenities.
• Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities.
• Experience navigating permitting processes with municipalities, counties, and agencies.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
