- Own incident/alert platforms (FireHydrant, OpsGenie) and build integrations.
- Automate processes with APIs and scripting (Python, JavaScript/Google Apps Script).
- Define build-vs-buy strategy and license optimization using data.
- Automate identity/lifecycle workflows and SaaS integrations (Jira, Confluence, Workato, Okta/SSO/SCIM).

🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in IT/software/systems engineering for enterprise apps and automation.
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack at scale.
- Experience with incident/alert platforms (FireHydrant, OpsGenie, PagerDuty) including configuration.
- Strong scripting (Python, JavaScript/Google Apps Script) and API/webhook integrations (Workato).
- IAM and lifecycle automation — APIs, SSO, SCIM provisioning (Okta or similar).
- API usage/design and cloud-native architectures; collaborate with senior IT leadership.
