🎯 Requirements

CPLP cert or bachelor's in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies
5+ years in instructional design/learning development with digital/blended focus
Advanced L&D concepts: Adult Learning, ADDIE, ROI
Proven track record leading large-scale learning projects
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia
Experience with LMS and virtual learning platforms
