📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10–12 platform engineers; coach, grow, and set goals.
• Collaborate with development, operations, security, and architect teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Contribute to design, architecture, and implementation of platform features and capabilities.
• Manage platform engineering budgets; optimize cloud and on‑prem infrastructure costs.
• Define standards, documentation, automation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster knowledge sharing across Nava teams to accelerate delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in platform development with 3+ years in formal management roles.
• Experience leading platform or infrastructure teams and delivering robust platforms.
• Advanced skills in AWS, Azure, GCP; Docker, Kubernetes; automation; CI/CD; observability tools.
• Ability to collaborate across tech and management teams; communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking; drive process improvements and tool adoption.
• Understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory/audit requirements.
