  • Define and own the GTM strategy and planning for product launches and growth initiatives.
  • Translate priorities into GTM plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales, and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Establish planning cadences to coordinate Product Marketing and Customer Marketing.
  • Drive adoption, expansion, and pipeline across D2L’s customer base.
  • Act as a bridge between Product Marketing and Customer Marketing for alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (product, lifecycle or GTM)
  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional GTM initiatives or product launches
  • Deep SaaS GTM, product lifecycle, and customer expansion knowledge
  • Data-driven with KPIs and leadership-facing dashboards
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, MCAE, Jira
