  • 2โ€“3 years in growth/performance marketing, ideally B2B SaaS; budgets $500Kโ€“$1M+.
  • Hands-on campaigns across paid social, programmatic, content syndication; paid search not required.
  • Track record of managing experiments/testing; design tests and measure impact.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions and storytelling.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action.
