Manage architecture for ground station and ISL connectivity solutions
Own cross-fleet contact allocation, planning, and connectivity configurations
Support satellite operations, including on-call during commissioning
Own ground segment management: PM, cost, contracts, RF test coordination, licensing
Own ground segment operation: escalation with providers during launch and early ops
Serve as rotating Flight Director, overseeing incident response and fleet health

🎯 Requirements

4-5 years relevant experience
RF knowledge for ground station or ISL configurations
CCSDS/ECSS, TCP/IP, UDP protocol knowledge
Licensing knowledge
Ability to debug connectivity in a complex network
Experience with Kubernetes (k8s), Docker, Git, Python
