🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend experience with platform engineering expertise.
- Fluent in TypeScript.
- Deep React experience (we use v19).
- Experience building or maintaining custom Design Systems and component libraries.
- Familiar with the testing pyramid and tools (Vitest, Playwright).
- UI/UX sense; accessible, usable interfaces.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn ideas into working software.
- Experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
