- Experience leading and scaling a software engineering team.
- Track record delivering multi-engineer projects in a data-driven, experimental environment.
- Strong product instincts and communication, aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, design, and analytics.
- Experience working with data, experimentation, or ML teams to inform prioritization and impact.
- Demonstrated ability to raise the bar on reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Experience with advertising platforms or ad tech, especially in mobile apps, is a plus.
