📋 Description

• Lead a high-impact product engineering team in Retention and engagement.
• Co-lead cross-functional team with Product Manager to improve retention.
• Own the team's roadmap, execution, and outcomes.
• Set direction for complex systems; foster inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with product, design, research, and other teams to deliver cohesive learner experiences.
• Define team OKRs, prioritize, and remove roadblocks to ship impactful work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading and building a software engineering team.
• Proven ability to ship multi-engineer projects with business impact.
• Strong product instincts; data-driven, with metrics and A/B tests.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
• Technical depth to guide architecture, quality standards, and mentorship.
• Willing to work from/relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
