Senior Engineer Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead HW/SW integration and HIL testing for safe vehicle interaction.
• Design and maintain high-fidelity HIL benches (dSPACE, NI, Speedgoat).
• Validate Drive-by-Wire (DBW) system for latency and safety.
• Perform fault-injection campaigns to verify safety monitors.
• Test CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet and LIN networks with Vector tools.
• Lead root-cause analysis for electromechanical issues using scopes and analyzers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Robotics.
• Experience: 5+ years in systems/hardware testing; 3+ years HIL in automotive/aerospace.
• Hardware: ECUs, sensors (Lidar/Radar/Camera), and actuators.
• Simulators: Real-time env (dSPACE ControlDesk, NI VeriStand, IPG CarMaker).
• Scripting: Python for test automation; Matlab/Simulink for plant model integration.
• Domain: Automotive electrical architectures, sensor calibration, ISO 21448 (SOTIF).
