🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A or corporate strategy.
• Structured problem solver with ambiguity to actionable plans.
• Strong driver-based modeling: forecasts, scenarios, unit economics.
• Move cross-functional teams to action without direct authority.
• Bias for impact and speed; thrives in ambiguity.
• Accountability: sets targets and follows through.
• Nice to have: product/commercial exposure in high-growth or ecommerce.
• Nice to have: SQL/BigQuery and Looker/Sigma analytics.
