📋 Description

  • Own client relationships and deliver successful transaction outcomes.
  • Develop new relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, wealth management platforms, angel investors, and other buy-side clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers, including individuals, venture capital/private equity firms, and their limited partners.
  • Expand Forge’s network within Silicon Valley communities, high-net-worth individuals, angel groups, and family offices.
  • Collaborate with growth engineering teams to manage inbound and outbound client engagement.
  • Provide market insights, demonstrate expertise, and oversee the transaction process to align supply and demand.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in financial services sales, with a focus on institutional sales and/or private placements.
  • Experience in venture capital and private equity.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • Strong commitment to client service with attention to detail throughout the deal process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
