  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with strategic outreach and pipeline development.
  • Maintain 3x in-quarter pipeline coverage and adjust prospecting focus to close gaps.
  • Lead 1:1 ABM outreach with timely follow-up and inbound/referral management.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene for clean pipeline data and forecast confidence.
  • Lead end-to-end RFPs and pitches with SMEs to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Translate client challenges into compelling pitches that highlight differentiators.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B consultative sales in marketing/agency space.
  • 3–5 years leading complex B2B enterprise sales cycles with multi-threaded deals.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and SEO.
  • Proficiency with Command of the Message and MEDDIC (or similar) for qualifying and closing.
  • Experience leading 1:1 ABM initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
