🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years in digital media sales, marketing, or business development.
• 10-12+ years managing people, incl. other managers and senior leaders.
• Proven success accelerating market share and revenue internationally.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and measurement.
• Ability to influence and build trust with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with global deal structuring, revenue forecasting, multi-region leadership.
