  • Bachelor of Computer Science or related degree
  • Government clearance (Public Trust/Secret/Top Secret) with 18 months remaining
  • 6+ years 2nd level support for international customers
  • Experience with AI in support, troubleshooting, documentation
  • Proficient in Java or Python
  • Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
