🎯 Requirements

- Experience managing large, complex enterprise customers (B2B SaaS, logistics, or tech).
- Strong customer-facing presence with clear, confident communication.
- Self-directed, able to prioritize and execute in ambiguity.
- Excellent organization; multi-workstream management.
- Ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
