📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Relay Rewards program in the US.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Amazon stakeholders.
  • Drive program readiness, launches, and ongoing optimization.
  • Track performance, risks, and dependencies; drive resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Ops, Support, Finance.
  • Represent customer requirements internally and ensure delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, Project Management, or Enterprise Ops.
  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise customers (B2B SaaS, logistics, or tech).
  • Strong customer-facing presence with clear, confident communication.
  • Self-directed, able to prioritize and execute in ambiguity.
  • Excellent organization; multi-workstream management.
  • Ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
