📋 Description

  • Build and lead Fivetran’s customer advocacy program from the ground up.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling a customer advocacy program in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to independently lead complex cross-functional projects from kickoff to launch.
  • Strong operational rigor, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple workflows and priorities.
  • Experience defining and reporting on advocacy metrics and business impact.
  • Clear, confident communicator with good judgment on customer engagement and approvals.
