📋 Description

  • Own outbound pipeline across priority ANZ accounts with sales team
  • Research accounts deeply to understand tech stacks and priorities
  • Craft personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn and in-person channels
  • Qualify inbound interest and book discovery meetings for AEs
  • Attend enterprise discovery calls and build deal intuition over time
  • Represent commercetools at industry events relevant to retail and enterprise commerce in ANZ

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a BDR/SDR or junior sales role in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to run thoughtful research-led outbound
  • Commercial curiosity and ability to converse with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication; adapt for CFO vs Head of Digital
  • CRM tools experience (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement platforms
  • A genuine appetite to grow into a quota-carrying role
