- Commercial curiosity and ability to converse with senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication; adapt for CFO vs Head of Digital
- CRM tools experience (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement platforms
- A genuine appetite to grow into a quota-carrying role
