  • Lead brand strategy across skincare and sexual health; ensure clear positioning.
  • Act as senior brand guardian; maintain consistency across touchpoints.
  • Own end-to-end planning and delivery of campaigns and launches.
  • Define campaign objectives, insights, messaging hierarchy, and channel mix.
  • Partner with Product, NPD, Growth, Clinical, and Legal for compliant launches.
  • Write insight-led briefs; collaborate with Creative teams and agencies, incl. PR.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Currently operating as a Senior Brand Manager or Senior Integrated Channel Manager
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market planning
  • Experience in a DTC consumer product business, ideally skincare or healthcare
  • Confident working with clinical/regulatory stakeholders; translating complex messaging.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
