- Lead brand strategy across skincare and sexual health; ensure clear positioning.
- Act as senior brand guardian; maintain consistency across touchpoints.
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of campaigns and launches.
- Define campaign objectives, insights, messaging hierarchy, and channel mix.
- Partner with Product, NPD, Growth, Clinical, and Legal for compliant launches.
- Write insight-led briefs; collaborate with Creative teams and agencies, incl. PR.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Currently operating as a Senior Brand Manager or Senior Integrated Channel Manager
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market planning
- Experience in a DTC consumer product business, ideally skincare or healthcare
- Confident working with clinical/regulatory stakeholders; translating complex messaging.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
