Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs with Python/Django for scalability.
• Lead architectural decisions to move from monolith to modular, cloud-native solutions.
• Integrate and optimize AWS services like Lambda, RDS, and S3 for reliability.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional squad (PMs and engineers) to deliver features.
• Decompose the platform into microservices to support future products (incl. mobile app 2026).
• Identify technical improvements in architecture, code quality, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years as a Software Developer with production-grade apps.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and modular API-driven services.
• Proven Python/Django engineer with ownership and delivery focus.
• Deep understanding of backend design, scalability, and modular architectures.
• Experience with React and TypeScript; able to fix or extend UI when needed.
• Solid experience integrating AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3).
