Propose and validate AI testing methods using automated metrics.
Design and run synthetic and log-based tests on in-house simulators.
Compile triage strategies from QA platforms and pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in CS, EE, or related field.
7+ years designing and implementing scalable software test strategies.
Proficiency with automated test frameworks and test automation.
Experience with JIRA, Git, Linux CLI, and Python or scripting languages.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Bonus: PhD in CS/EE/STEM; robotics testing with ISO 26262 familiarity.
