🎯 Requirements
- Higher technical education (Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar)
- 8+ years of metalworking / mechanical engineering experience
- Machining/fabrication expertise: turning, milling, CNC, EDM, laser, waterjet, welding
- Post-processing methods: polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, coatings, painting
- Materials knowledge across metals, plastics, composites and properties
- English level B2+
