Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect analytics layer with dimensional models and shared marts.
• Establish governance: modeling conventions, metrics, and data contracts.
• Lead cross-team initiatives end-to-end with risk management.
• Define semantic modeling for BI and agent consumers.
• Lead AI/analytics workflows: provenance, versioned prompts, datasets.
• Implement observability: monitoring, alerts, runbooks; optimize Snowflake.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years analytics engineering or BI platform engineering.
• Expert SQL and dimensional modeling across domains.
• Significant dbt experience: macros, tests, deployments.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI/LLM concepts for enterprise apps.
• Production Snowflake administration experience.
• AWS ecosystem awareness.
