Senior AI Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a full-stack team of frontend, backend, and AI Research engineers.
• Contribute to development and training of ML models, including large-scale neural networks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and growing a software engineering team.
• AI research engineer with LLMs, bandits, or computer vision experience.
• Strong background training and fine-tuning large models.
• Advanced degree in CS/Engineering or ML/AI focus, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, design, and data.
• Technical depth to guide architecture and mentor engineers on best practices.
