Review journal entries and reconciliations for junior staff; ensure GAAP adherence.
Analyze financial statements and variance analysis for month-end close.
Support quarterly reviews and annual audits; main contact for external auditors.
Execute key SOX controls; maintain process docs; identify risk mitigations.
Lead process improvements and automation; evaluate and implement AI to scale finance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
6+ years of relevant work experience, public company audit experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP; leases expertise preferred
Strong understanding of financial and operational controls
NetSuite experience preferred
Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
