Close monthly/quarterly/annual GL and financial statements per US GAAP and HGB
Support standard cost accounting; analyze variances (materials, labor, overheads)
Coordinate tax returns (income tax, VAT) and transfer pricing per global guidance
Actual vs budget analysis; month-end commentary, cash planning, working capital
Generate/post AR invoices per ASC606/IFRS 15
Collaborate with international teams (sales, accounting, tax)

🎯 Requirements

Completed studies in Business Administration or finance-related education
Minimum 5 years in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual statements (US GAAP & HGB)
Experience in post-merger integration, entity restructuring and ERP projects (D365 and NetSuite)
Experience with multiple deliverable contracts and revenue recognition guidelines
English and German language skills; other languages advantageous
Ability to deal with conflicts and ambiguity in cross-functional/dynamic environment
