  • Territory identification and research to create a qualified target account list.
  • Pipeline development via cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence from identified target list.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Manage end-to-end sales process with resources; engage solution consultants, service teams, and executives.
  • Account management with dedicated accounts to develop business in the organization.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and help clients use Veeva solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software/service sales and account management with a proven track record.
  • Or 5+ years in China pharma/biotech; knowledge of quality, regulatory or safety markets.
  • Credibility at all levels, including CxO.
  • English and Mandarin speaking.
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel, mainly domestic.
