  • Expand customer relationships with the Account Executive to close opportunities up to $100K.
  • Analyze product usage and identify white space for cross-sell/upsell.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Renewals & Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Consulting, Implementation & Onboarding, RevOps, Product, Legal, Marketing).
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature exploration and adoption.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewal targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS sales or account management, quota-carrying
  • Experience with 2,000+ employees
  • Drive, determination and accountability
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn a feature-rich app
  • Executive-level verbal/written/presentation skills
  • Salesforce CRM or other CRM experience
