🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales in database or SaaS
  • Located in the United States with strong preference for Austin, San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area, or New York
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong foundational understanding of database technologies and data platforms
  • Strong ability to guide customers and prospects through sales processes using MEDDPICC and Customer Centric Selling
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior leadership and C-level executives across Engineering, IT, and the business
