🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with multi-stakeholder quotas.
  • Deep A&D industry knowledge: procurement processes, compliance, operations.
  • Full sales cycle experience from prospecting to close, incl. negotiation.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling; map pain to outcomes.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage env; help shape the playbook.
  • US-based with ability to travel to customer sites.
