- Excellent organizational skills, budget literacy, and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for forecasts, P&L, and reporting.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Clear, confident communicator; adept at facilitating workshops and senior client meetings.
