📋 Description

• Supervise Dock Area operations at a commercial office building.
• Coordinate with Titan Management and building teams.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Develop staff through coaching, recognition, and training.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Education/Experience: HS diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid security license as required by state; valid driver’s license.
• English language skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Stand for extended periods; lift 50 lbs; interior/exterior patrolling.
