Scrum Master II

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, RTEs, and Product Owners to deliver program goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI Planning across multiple teams.
• Mentor other Scrum Masters and foster continuous improvement.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and Scrum of Scrums for large initiatives.
• Build high-performing, self-organizing teams and remove cross-team impediments.
• Leverage Agile metrics and AI-enabled tools to drive forecasting and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Project Management and scaling Agile across teams.
• Deep Jira administration and reporting expertise.
• Experience with AI-driven Agile tools for backlog and reporting.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Aha! (or similar tools).
• Demonstrated success leading multi-team Agile initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Experience mentoring Scrum Masters; strong leadership and communication.
