🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
  • Comfort engaging with C-suite and VP-level executives.
  • Experienced with data analytics to inform decisions.
  • Familiar with CS platforms and CRM tools.
  • Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong experience.
  • Exposure to industrial/operational environments is a plus.
